By accessing https://tier1poolandspa.com or requesting service from Tier 1 Pool and Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This document is a review-required draft; final wording should be verified with qualified legal counsel before publication.
1. Our Services
Tier 1 Pool and Spa provides residential pool and spa service, maintenance, equipment diagnostics, and seasonal opening and closing across the Denver metro area. We are a service company - we do not build custom pools or sell retail equipment. The specific services available to you depend on confirmed coverage in your area and the type of pool or spa you own.
2. Service Requests Are Not Appointments
Submitting a service request through our website sends a request for review. It does not book an appointment, guarantee availability, or constitute an estimate. Appointment availability and any applicable estimate are confirmed separately after we review your request and, where appropriate, assess the equipment.
3. Estimates & Approvals
Diagnoses and estimates are based on inspection of your equipment and symptoms. No repair or replacement work is performed without your authorization. An assessment is not a final quote; a formal estimate is provided separately where applicable.
4. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing clear, safe access to pool and spa equipment during scheduled visits - including gate access, equipment-pad access, and any access instructions you share with us. Please let us know about pets, locked gates, or hazards when requesting service.
5. Seasonal & Winterization Services
Seasonal opening and closing services are performed based on the condition of your equipment and weather timing. Winterization reduces freeze risk but cannot eliminate it entirely; we are not liable for freeze damage resulting from conditions outside the scope of the performed service, subsequent tampering, or factors we did not inspect. We do not recommend a single universal closing date for every installation.
6. SMS & Communications
