What Happens After You Request Service?
No guesswork. From your first message to follow-up, here is the path a request takes - so you know what to expect before you commit to anything.
- 1
Share the issue
You tell us what's happening - your pool or spa, the equipment involved, and the symptom. Use the online request or call 720-295-2165. This is an inquiry, not a booked appointment.
- 2
Coverage & scope check
We confirm we reach your ZIP and that the work fits our confirmed services. If your request is outside what we do - structural work, underground plumbing, or regulated trades - we'll say so and point you to the right specialist.
- 3
Scheduling & assessment
We talk through timing and arrange a visit. Where helpful, the visit starts with an assessment: finding the likely cause before any work is proposed.
- 4
Findings & next steps
We explain what we found in plain language and recommend a path. If work is needed, you get a clear picture of scope and cost to approve. An assessment is not a final quote - we keep them distinct.
- 5
Approved work
With your go-ahead, we complete the repair or service. Because a technician handles every stop, a straightforward fix found during a maintenance visit often gets corrected on the spot - and for larger work, we use the parts and procedures that fit your specific equipment rather than a one-size approach.
- 6
Appropriate follow-up
We leave notes on what was done, what to watch, and any recommended next maintenance. If something changes afterward, you know how to reach us.
Before your visit
A little context speeds things up. None of this is required to request service - share what you can and we'll handle the rest.
See common questions- Equipment make and model, if you know it - it's often on a label on the pump or heater.
- Photos of the equipment pad, the symptom, or the water. A picture of an error code saves time.
- Recent symptoms and changes: when it started, any noise, and what the water looks like.
- Access notes: gate codes, where the pad is, and any locked areas.
- Pets and gates - let us know if a yard is shared with a pet so we can plan access.
If we can't service your equipment
Some work falls outside our confirmed services - structural pool repairs, underground plumbing, main gas lines, or electrical work that requires a licensed specialist. If that's what you need, we'll tell you plainly rather than guess. Where we can, we'll suggest the type of professional who should handle it.
Honesty about scope is part of how we earn trust. It's better to refer you correctly than to take on work we can't stand behind.
Ready to start?
Tell us what your pool or spa is doing. We'll confirm coverage and walk you through the next step - no commitment until you approve.
